CPA Power – Terms of Service

Welcome to CPA Power! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our affiliate network services, including any software, applications, and platforms provided by CPA Power ("CPA Power", "we", "our", or "us"). By registering as an affiliate, advertiser, or otherwise using our services, you ("you", "user", "affiliate", or "advertiser") agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
To use CPA Power, you must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Have the authority to enter into these Terms.
Provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate access to any user at our sole discretion.
2. Definitions
Affiliate: A party that promotes offers provided by advertisers via CPA Power to earn commissions.
Advertiser: A business or individual providing offers, products, or services to be promoted.
Offer: A campaign or promotion created by an advertiser.
Commission: Compensation earned by affiliates for completing desired actions (e.g., sales, signups) as defined in the offer.
3. Affiliate Obligations
Affiliates agree to:
Only promote offers using approved methods.
Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive marketing practices.
Abide by all applicable laws and regulations.
Ensure their traffic sources (websites, email lists, etc.) are compliant and contain accurate content.
Prohibited practices include, but are not limited to:
Spamming.
Cookie stuffing.
Misleading advertising.
Using unauthorized creatives.
Generating fake leads or traffic.
Violations may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
4. Advertiser Obligations
Advertisers agree to:
Provide accurate descriptions and terms for their offers.
Pay affiliates in accordance with agreed commission terms.
Maintain the integrity of the offer and landing page.
Not change offer terms without prior notice to CPA Power and affiliates.
5. Payment Terms
CPA Power processes affiliate payments on a Weekly /Net-15 / Net-30 schedule, depending on account standing and traffic quality.
Minimum payout threshold is $100.
Payments are made via PayPal, Bank Transfer, Wise, and USDT.
CPA Power reserves the right to withhold or adjust payments in the case of suspected fraud or chargebacks.
6. Account Suspension & Termination
CPA Power may suspend or terminate your account at any time for:
Violation of these Terms.
Fraudulent, unethical, or illegal activity.
Inactivity for over [X months].
Upon termination, any outstanding commissions may be forfeited if the termination is due to breach of terms or fraud.
7. Intellectual Property
All content and materials provided by CPA Power, including branding, software, and documentation, are the intellectual property of CPA Power. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them without prior written consent.
8. Confidentiality
You agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information obtained through the CPA Power platform, including offer details, conversion data, and payment terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
CPA Power shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages.
Loss of income or data.
Service interruptions beyond our control.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid to you in the three (3) months preceding the incident.
10. Disclaimer
CPA Power makes no guarantees regarding the availability, reliability, or profitability of its services. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
11. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of CPA Power after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
